Shipping policy

At InShape Dates, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. All orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party logistics partner (3PL), ShipBob.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the next business day
- During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended
Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, it will be shipped from one of ShipBob’s fulfillment centers.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
4. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via major carriers, which may include:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Regional carriers (via ShipBob)
Carrier selection is determined by ShipBob based on the most efficient delivery method.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Address changes must be requested before the order is fulfilled
If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
6. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:
- InShape Dates is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages
- Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
7. Marked as Delivered (But Not Received)
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office
- Allow up to 48 hours for potential delivery delays
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inshapedates@gmail.com
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review and provide a replacement or resolution if applicable.
9. International Shipping (If Applicable)
- Delivery times vary by country and customs processing
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
10. Policy Agreement
